I made it from colored cardstock and the snowflakes are made with adhesive vinyl. Use it to decorate your window, tree, stairway or as paper tags for gifts.

The snowflake layer I cut out with adhesive vinyl and used transfer tape after weeding the design to transfer it to the paper background.

I glued the rim and white Christmas tree directly to the plaid background but you could use foam dots to add more depth.
